ACCESSIONS SYS ANALYST

Duty description:

The primary duty of the position is to use various analytical techniques to forecast Regular Army enlistment bonus execution, recruiter requirements, and Army accession achievement during year of execution in order to inform Army Senior Leader decisions. Additionally, through analytical techniques, accurately track and report current status on Army recruiting, recruiting quality, enlistment waivers, recruiter strength, and enlistment bonus execution to Army Senior leaders to include VCSA, CSA and Secretary of the Army.
